I havre read in a number of places that to get good cuts with a bowl gouge you need to move your body to move the gouge and not your hands. However all of the instructional videos I have seen concentrate on the work and the tool. Are there any videos of body movement, I haven been able to find any thanks

The best I have seen are by Stuart Batty posted on Vimeo.
There are three, about 10-15 minutes each, on face work or spindle. It depends on the individual cut and direction on whether you use your arms or your body.
The are all just named stance.
It is just as important in spindle turning especially for planing and other cuts but not so much for beads.
They are on the second page.
