Wed. afternoon turned my Sawstop Contractors saw on the blade wouldn’t come up to speed and tripped thermal breaker. Had other things to do and as I had been using the saw quite a bit. I turned everything off and let it cool over night next morning same problem. Emailed Sawstop service by that afternoon I had an email and phone call both from Sawstop. Talked with them a little about some other checks I had made. we decided it was start capacitor, ordered same, installed today Saw back to work. 4 hr turn around on an email is pretty good service I think.

As part of TTS (Festool) I did not expect anything else, but that does not take away the fact that it is nice they respond quickly. And 4 hours is for sure fast.
