Hi all. I have entered my Louis XIV jewellery box in a contest at woodworkers source. Tomorrow is the last day of voting and I am in the lead. I’m not actually really soliciting votes or anything :-) .... but if you’d like to check it out you can find the contest here:
https://www.woodworkerssource.com/blog/woodworking-projects/inlay-inset-and-includes-contest-voting/?utm_source=Woodworking+Contest+Participants&utm_campaign=02f2b390f8-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2018_03_27&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_e0f38167fb-02f2b390f8-133349417&mc_cid=02f2b390f8&mc_eid=001c530e77
I wasn’t going to post this but the other competitors have been so I thought I might as well too.

Thanks!

Paul, all of the entries look great, but your jewelry box is on a level by itself. It’s just stunning. It’s worthy of recognition.

Thanks for sharing all this amazing work Paul. Looking at this gives me more inspiration in what I do. I gave my vote to what I thought was the best. Hope you walk out of there with more than a hat on your head.
Good luck.

Paul you mentioned about the others posting for votes, but in looking at the other projects being voted on (which by the way all look good) I fell yours is by far the best anyways so you got my vote.

Good Luck Paul! Can’t imagine the work that went into your project as well as the others. There are some gifted people out there. Thanks for sharing this with us. I enjoyed looking at each project.
