Topic tags/keywords: table saw ridgid ts2400-1 rip fence fence tablesaw

Hi all,

So I have a small problem and I am hoping someone on here may be able to chime in. I have recently acquired an older Ridgid table saw model# TS2400-1. The saw does not have a rip fence with it and I can not seem to find it anywhere online. The parts have been discontinued and are no longer out there. The saw is still great, but useless without the fence. If anyone has suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. I have called Ridgid as well and they do not know what I should do either. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Some of that sort of thing has also been
sold under the Craftsman badge.

My best advice is to learn as much as you
can about how to identify the fence you
need and watch ebay.

I was curious if the biesemeyer style fences would fit a Job-site type saw? They are expensive and I really don’t want to pay that kind of money, but I also don’t want a useless saw either

Ive seen many people use these style fences on other saws but mostly the contractor style table saws. I don’t know that ive ever seen one on a portable table saw.

Have your say...
