It defies logic, the irrational turn to the left.

Coming out of a gas station on a busy intersection, waiting to cross 3 lanes of opposing traffic in order to “save time”?
Or coming out of a parking lot, holding up five or six cars behind them so they might get where they’re going a bit faster.

Do they not realize they are causing all the people behind them to get to their destinations slower? Are they not aware of the excess carbon monoxide being gassed into the atmosphere from the idling cars behind them?

Multiply the number of cars making ill advised left turns in parking lots, gas stations, etc in any specific location, multiply that by millions and you might get an inkling of the poisonous gases senselessly being poured into our environment.

What in the world is cuter than a baby mountain gorilla? That’s right, nothing. So let’s start using a little common sense in our driving habits.

I’m right there with you, on the up side, I’m seeing more and more roundabouts in commercial building lots. A timely suggestion in the right person’s ear could make things happen!

Here in CA, you can legally make ”U” turns so it logical to turn right and make a ”U” at the next opportunity instead of wasting gas and holding those behind them as fume hostages!

That is just as bad as the “gappers”, the ones that leave two or three car lengths in front of them at a stop light so they can get on their cell phones and at the same time block the road to the left turn lane!

Then when the light changes they are so engrossed in their cell phones they forget they are in a car and just sit there!

I could go on but my BP is rising too fast!

Sorry. The people that nearly stop in the middle of the road to look at a wreck or a car pulled over and nearly cause another 20 cars behind them to wreck is more aggravating to me and seems to happen more to me. I do agree with the left turners tho. Where I’m at we can’t do U turns legally.

Anyone heard of the “moth” effect?
When a driver is, for some reason, drawn to flashing lights of a vehicle on the side of the road and slams into the vehicle.
This effect has been documented by the CHP

I’m a “Leftie” (Left Handed) I don’t do any of those things.… People who do not signal there turns drive me Crazy! & Tailgaters. I was taught how to handle that one. Brake! and Gas!

I also took a Defensive Driving Course. That was a GOOD IDEA! to avoid the IDIOTS!
