Hi I have a WEN 10” band saw that has a 72” blade. I have found may that are 72.5 or 72 7/16 will they work. when I tension the blade it seems there might be room just not sure anybody know thanks Mike

If you have another 1/4” of room them it should work.

Rockler and Woodworkers Supply have 72” blades. And there are places you can custom order the length you need.

Best to use a custom length if possible. I’m fortunate enough to have a shop nearby that will make any length required, and they use good blade stock.

Amazon has some 72” blades too. There are several other brands of 10” bandsaws that may even be the same design that use 72” blades so that should be fairly easy to find.

I got them from packard, strange, I got 72 inch Olsen from them yet every place else Olsen don’t sell 72 just 72.5. I was getting Diamond from a guy in I think Tennessee and his website is gone and can’t find him on google either I couldn’t find other that custom cut that are reasonably prices many don’t have that short of a blade. Just wondering about the fraction My lowes carrys 72 716

I just got a couple of 78” Lennox blades from toolcenter.com. They’ll make you any length you want.

thanks for the link they have what I want, the reason I didn’t get some of the others is I want 3/8 3TPI and all they carry is 4. I’ll order from there next time thanks Mike
