Currently running a delta 34-426, thinking of going to a unisaw junior with original motor and in good shape. Would be moving over the biesemeyer fence. I know the blade is smaller, is this a foolish move? |

Unisaw Jr. was a relatively rare machine only produced for a limited time (1948 to 1951?), so there isn’t a lot of parts available should you need them. It’s also only an 8” saw… if that matters to you. If your existing saw is in good condition, I’d keep looking. A Unisaw Jr. is nothing like a Unisaw and is more like a contractor saw similar to what you already have. Cheers, -- Brad in FL - In Dog I trust... everything else is questionable |
