I have a Jet supersaw that only has a miter slot on the right side of the blade.
Can a Jet tenoning jig be set up to the right side of the blade? or can they only go on the left?

look for a left side cast iron wing for the Jet..
the left side wing includes the miter slot for the left of the blade.

build yourself a base for the saw and add a miter slot for the left side.

The manual for the JTG-1-Q says it can be used with left or right tilt saws.
I can’t find anywhere if it can be mounted right of the blade.
All the pictures I see it is mounted on the left.
