Can’t really tell from that picture. I would guess probably right tilt. When standing at the front of the saw does the blade top of the blade tilt to the right or left as you are going from 90 vertical to 45? -- Bruce, Boise, ID |

Definitely right tilt. -- Happiness is like wetting your pants...everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.... |

Tilt hand wheel on the left = right tilt, on the right = left tilt. This applies to many saws other than just the Unisaw. -- "Lack of effort will result in failure with amazing predictability" - Me |

Tilt hand wheel on the left = right tilt, on the right = left tilt. This applies to many saws other than just the Unisaw. As well as motor sticking out the right side = right tilt, and in the case of the Unisaw at least, blade slot on the right side of the insert = right tilt. That saw sure looks like it hasn’t had much love in a long time… glad to see it coming back to life instead of going to the scrapper. And welcome to the Unisaw club :) Cheers, -- Brad in FL - In Dog I trust... everything else is questionable |

Except the newest generation of unisaw puts the tilt handwheel on the front instead of the sides. -- Woodworking from an engineer's perspective |

Yeah, the bastards went and messed it all up. I’m looking for a cabinet saw that will tilt 45° left and right. -- "Lack of effort will result in failure with amazing predictability" - Me |

Aren’t there some other brands of saw that reversed the hand wheel/motor door location? I feel like I’ve seen a right tilt saw that had the handle on the right before, but I can’t remember what exactly it was. |
