So I am ditching the top filter bag and upgrading my HF DC. A majority of the posts I have read all mention the Wynn C1425C and I am not sure if it is because the filter has been around for years, if its because of the lesser cost or what?

Now I know you should always take a vendor’s numbers with a grain of salt when they talk about how much better their product is than their competitors but I do like how the Oneida is a kit which has all of the hardware to connect it securely, and yes I am sure I could cobble this all together myself for a bit less.

Is anyone using this Oneida filter on their DC? Has anyone bought the kit and willing to give a review?

Here is the Oneida filter kit I am referring to and at $80 more than the Wynn I am wondering if it lives up to their claims of 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns.

“All of their “why we are the best is here:

Thanks for any feedback, I really appreciate it!

A post like this is hard to comment on. A comparison requires at least 2 items to compare and most people don’t have 2 DC’s.

Have your say...
