You can (almost 100% sure) get these titles on inter-library loan.

I’ve been buying out-of-print books online for years and I’ve noticed that
over time prices fluctuate a lot. Eventually one of the sellers of the book
you want will break rank, decide he wants to sell it, and drop the price
to less than half what others are asking. It could take a long time but it
will happen.

There are few titles which can be out-of-print, sell consistently for
collectible prices on the used market, and remain out of print. Jeff
Miller’s chairmaking book is an example – a year or two ago copies were
being sold online for over $100 and now there’s a 2nd edition and
prices have dropped dramatically.
