I tried to order a coping sled from them and could not get the shopping cart to work. I see that they are based in Florida. Did they get hit by the hurricane?
Anybody know?

I tried (and failed) to create an account a few weeks ago to order saw blades.
They have some kind of security software, and I couldn’t figure it out.
So I called in the order.
Odd thing is, they said the order shipped 10/9, and I don’t have it as of 10/16. If they use UPS/USPS blend to save cost, I know that can take extra time.
Give them a call and place the order.

Seems to be working fine for me. Now I’ll have to force myself to delete the awesome tool I put in the cart to test it :)

I read this post the other day and went to their website to try it out. I have their ‘professional coping and crosscut sled’ and have been very happy with it. Anyways, I put it in my cart – everything worked fine and then got tied up doing something else and forgot about it.

This morning I received an email from Infinity Cutting Tools → “Come Back Now & Get Free Shipping On Your Next Order!” Their system tracked that I had left the coping sled in my cart and they provided me with the promo code of “SHIPFREE” on any order over $50

My wife swears by that trick, John. She regularly puts items in the shopping cart and sits back to wait for the incentives to appear. It never fails to happen.
