Having turned my attention to endgrain cutting boards, I’d like to put a name of my shop on them. Can anyone direct me to a source of small (maybe 2” X 3”) that can be attached to the side of a cutting board?

“Best” may be a simple branding iron. You can get simple text or more elaborate designs.

You can get laser engravers very cheap these days. The smallest only do about 1-1/2” square, but the price for ones that can engrave larger pieces doesn’t go up that much. You can buy or cut small medallions of wood, engrave them and glue them to the side of the board.

That’s MadMark’s review. You’re MadMark2. You’ve posted that a dozen times that I know of. What gives?

Thanks to those who’ve replied. I was looking more for a company that I could purchase small labels or signs from that said something like “xyz woodworking” rather than a way to actually engrave my projects or make the signs to go on the projects.

Anybody with a printer and a paint or graphics program could print you up labels.
