I built this while working out of a 2 car garage as everything thing had to be multi-purpose.Originally I had the miter saw offset to the opposite end of the table with a stock support that could be clamped to the table beside it. In that configuration, I could remove the saw, lower the router, and have a 3×7 assembly table. Now I keep it set up as seen in the photos. I added the drawer for boys and wrenches when I had some spare time. Now I’m cosidering closing the area under the router and adding dust collection.

Interesting, cannot say I have seen anyone else try this set-up with the miter saw instead of a TS.
