I would post a pic but its ugly. I have bought countless EXPENSIVE Carpet Office chair mats over the years. If they get used a lot the most life you could expect was a year. They would holes and cracks in them where the wheels of the chair are most of the time. I like a large one and from a local staples they would run like 85-100 bucks.

Fro the lacks of funds and an supply of 2nd grade plywood I made my own out of a 4×8 sheet of 3/8 ply. I had to cut off and glue a TUNG on one side that would go under the other side.

I have an L shaped DESK with computers on both side so have to be able to scoot back and forth with enough MAT to stick under both for the chair

I gave this thing @ 4-5 of water poly and this damn this is still in greta shape!!!!

I thought at least the added part that I used a BISCUIT cutter and biscuit and Titebond 2 would of cracked off a long time ago.

Its got some wear but it really didn’t cost me anything but some time BUT its built better and has lasted longer than any Plastic mat that was made by Chinese Political Prisoners….
