Does anyone know the size of the screws that are needed to replace the ones in the base plate when attaching the router to a router table?

This may help. Check with your local hardware or Big Box store in the fastener aisle. There may be a standard and metric thread gauge of various sizes attached to the bins. Try the HF router screw and see what size it fits.

If you have one in your area, go to one
of the older-style hardware stores that has
the deep stock of small loose parts like
screws and bolts in the open containers.
Common sizes are 8-32, 10-24,10-32, M4, M5 and M6.

You can also drill 2 holes in the router base
and use a pair of slender bolts countersunk
into the router table top with nuts.

Have your say...
