Thanks Gene. I actually had a great Thanksgiving a few weeks ago, as one of those avant garde Canadians but I’ll accept the good wishes and return them with a “good luck on Black Friday” tacked on the end. -- Paul M ..............the early bird may get the worm but it’s the second mouse that gets the cheese! http://thecanadianschooloffrenchmarquetry.com/ |

Thank you for the well wishes. I have lots of cooking to do before this is all over! After viewing the news and their estimate travel hassles for the holiday, my husband sassed out that his travel commute was going to be from the bedroom to the dining room with knife and fork in hand! I’ll figure out something for him to work on while I slave in the kitchen. Maybe a session in the woodshop making canes! -- "They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night." ~ Edgar Allan Poe |

Happy Turkey Day everyone! As one of the minority of women on this site, I have to say I am/have been for the past week or so gearing up -cooking and cleaning and then will spend Thursday feeding 40-50 and doing all those dishes. No sawdust this week for me- unless of course you count the stuffing. :) -- Homer : "Oh, and how is education supposed to make me feel smarter?
