This is a shop lighting project that changes t-8 to LEDS. It made a big difference in the lighting. I pick up the LEDS from Sam’s club. I attached brackets to them and screwed the to ceiling.

I also replaced the low light tube thingees with LEDs, LOTSA LIGHT NOW !!! Highly recommend it.

I swapped all the fluorescent tubes with LED’s a while back, too. They use less energy, last longer, are brighter, and they have a more even color rendition. But the best part is they turn on even when it’s cold. I was so tired of them flickering or not turning on during the winter months.

I picked up 4’ dual LED’s that are enclosed in a dust proof case from Costco. Excellent light! And for $32 each on sale the price is right.
