Hi everyone,
Could you help me to determine what kind of wood I have?
From local classifieds I got a big pile of old flooring (parquet), about 100 sq.ft., for free 0_o

Are this Mahogany, Padauk, Ebony?

Jerry, thank you for correcting.
First I wrote “Are they..”, but then changed “they” to “this”, but didn’t chage “Are” to “Is” :(.

Probably more likely to be wenge than ebony just by considering the cost unless it came out of a pretty old, upscale establishment.

I think you are right. I looked at the pictures of wenge and it looks like the wood I have.
The flooring is from early 80’s, but not upscale and not US.
