I have a SawStop contractors saw w cast iron wings and a 52” fence and table. I have upgraded to a SS cabinet saw w 3 hp 220v motor, again w 52” fence. I have posted it on 3 local Craigslist pages, but I know that may bring lowball offers from people who have no idea what it is or what it’s worth. Just used by me in my garage workshop. You can email me at [email protected] I will probably see that quicker than checking back here for messages. Asking 2,000 or best offer. Was about 2,500-2,600 new. It is a great saw! Thanks!

It’s a sawstop, so it is worth it. Don’t let your ignorance and prejudice influence you so much.

Decent price. They are like festool hold the value. Not like a delta or griz. Good luck on the sale.

Wish I had the $2,000. I’d probably make the drive up there… Good luck with the sale. Someone will buy it.

I wouldn’t buy a 5 year old saw for only 600.00 less than new.
I would spring the extra $$ and buy new..maybe that’s just me, IDK

(If this is the same saw)

The saw may be worth 2000.00, I don’t know. The problem I see is anyone who is going to spend 2000 dollars on a saw will buy a new one I would think, I would.

No used tool is worth more than half it’s value new. Not even the sawstop. Good luck.

Many do sell for more than half their new value though. Especially sawstops, festools and other premium brands.

Gotta say, I see some corrosion on front rail – can’t tell condition much from other photos but it’s a humid environment. Electronics are 5 years old – solder joints and caps fail. I think it’s an ambitious asking price. I’d buy new and get a warranty.

With the standard fence and wings that saw sells for about $2000. When selling used accessories don’t add much to the price. $1500 probably max and expect to come down from there.

@OP – I’m sure you care very little about my opinion on your asking price so i’ll simply say good luck. It’s certainly a nice saw. Tell the new owner to make some cool stuff and post it up here!

So, if I buy a new saw for $4,000 and use it one time, I will not find someone to buy it from me for $2,001.

I dont think anyone said that. If you used it one time you may get 3,001.
