Some of it, at least, appears to be black walnut with a lot of sap wood in it. -- Roger M, Aiken, SC |

The third from the right does look like a mahogany. The first does look like a sappy black walnut. The others don’t look like poplar to me (brown rather than green). But in reality, who knows? Pictures are insufficient quality, long distance, and even then… |
