Topic tags/keywords: turning blanks mesquite cottonwood azwoody

AZ woody provided me with some “great”, I hope, stock for bowl blanks. Mesquite and Cottonwood that will soon be shavings on the floor. This will put the G0766 to task. Now I must cut it up, seal it and decide which one first. The center log in first pic is 6+ inches in dia for scale.

Nice score. I hope those are fresh cut logs and you got the sealer on quick. Probably have some splitting anyway.
