Been working with some elm slabs the last couple mo. Here are a couple legs to a vanity. This is the first I seen the black in the grain. Is there a cause to it? Thx |

Kim, great job with the slabs. I think that black is a stain from metal elsewhere in the tree. However, I could be wrong because I frequently am according to LOML. :D -- Art |
