(UPDATE: The winners of the WOOD Magazine USB sets are: Brian Gidney and Doc Savage. Congratulations!)
We’re celebrating the launch of Stumpy Nubs Woodworking Journal by giving away two complete sets of Wood magazine! They are the wooden USB thumb drives with all of the issues on them from 1984-2014 (220 issues). They sell for a hundred bucks each on the Wood magazine site. These are the ones that came out this year, covering up through 2014. They were a perk given to me for when I wrote an article for the magazine this past spring, and they need a home.
How do you win? Just leave a comment below, or on our Facebook page. I’ll throw all the names in a hat on Monday evening and pick two winners. I’ll even ship them overseas (no guarantee if they are lost in the mail.) That’s it. No catch. No nonsense. No hassles. I’ll contact the winner via PM and give you two days to respond. If you don’t reply, I’ll pick a replacement.
This is one of several giveaways we have been doing to celebrate the launch of Stumpy Nubs Woodworking Journal- the online magazine full of homemade tools, unique projects, tips, tricks and more. New issues released twice a month. Check it out and subscribe for FREE here!

Don’t have to wait! There are already four issues on our website and another will be ready this weekend. You can read them all for free. (There are also a lot of embedded videos.) The Shaker chest of drawers series is especially interesting. You’ll learn how to identify the age of an antique based on construction style, nails, screws and more.
