Stanley #5 1/4. Good solid plane. Everything works as it should. If you have any questions please ask. If you want more pics, say so. Id like to get $50. -- I was born at a very young age, as I grew up, I got older. |

Bill that’s a nice looking plane. But with that hole in the front you lost me. |

Oh, I know. I sure as heck didn’t do it. I don’t know why people cant just lay the dang things down. It does still work however. -- I was born at a very young age, as I grew up, I got older. |

I know Bill, makes you wonder what in the crap were they thinking. There’s no accounting for stupid people. |

I don’t sell tools very often nor do I look at ads for used planes, Ive used the same ones for about 9 years so Im not current on pricing so, am I out of line with my pricing on this and the #5? Just curious. If so make me a decent offer on either. -- I was born at a very young age, as I grew up, I got older. |

Is this still for sale and if so any idea on shipping? -- Brett Walker |

Bill, I think your pricing is fine. If someone wants to make an offer for less, they will. As for the hole, that would not bother me with a user plane. In my mind that only affects the value to/for a collector. It really has zero effect on use. -- Mark |

Bill, I think your price is quite fair. There’s also something to be said for buying from a long-standing LJ that should put potential buyers’ minds at ease. Much prefered over the crap shoot that is the ‘bay. -- Don't anthropomorphize your handplanes. They hate it when you do that. - OldTools Archive - |

Sorry for not updating sooner but the 5 1/4 and the 5 are sold but the 4 1/2 and the 5 1/2 are still up for grabs. They actually went 3 days ago and I forgot to update, my apologies. -- I was born at a very young age, as I grew up, I got older. |
