Location: Maybell Colorado

Welcome to Rocky Mountain Twist. We are a family owned and operated home based business located in Maybell which is in Northwestern Colorado where Juniper grows in abundance, this makes our ideas limitless and every piece of furniture we make unique. We pride ourselves in creating our pieces based on quality and not quantity.

We collect all wood ourselves which is 90% dead, dying or fallen. In our adventures we have discovered that the more rugged & harsh the country the more unique the pieces of wood become. All of our wood is pressured washed, hand sanded and finished with 3 coats of polycrylic. There is no color added, all colors of the wood are 100% natural. We pay special attention to every detail making sure not remove any unique characteristics such as bug "tracks", scars or burrows. Also, all of our bases are handmade and not run through a planer or factory bought.

We take pleasure in cleaning the wood, during this stage we really get to see what kind of beauty is beneath the layers of bark. From there, we can begin planning the next phase and then finishing the product to ship out to your home.

Our Juniper Rustic Log Furniture will add joy, comfort and a one of a kind look to your home, vacation hideout or log cabin. These wonderful collections will make great gifts for the ones you love.

Rocky Mountain Twist is a designer log furniture company dedicated to providing complete custom flexibility and quality craftsmanship. We offer individual guidance at our home/shop to help with the "client specific" custom furniture process, creating the perfect handmade piece for your home.

When it comes to furnishing your home, it is a reflection of your personality and passion, this is where we deliver superb workmanship and style by taking your design visions and making them a reality.

Our "open door" policy allows you to stop by our shop anytime, look through our collection of wood and pick out the pieces that are right for you. We will then combine art and craftsmanship to bring to life that "impossible to find" item for your home.

On of our greatest joys, is to be able to share our passion for creating such one of a kind works of art with you and to bring to you something that is stunning, functional and exactly what you are looking for. We love to watch peoples eyes light up when they see our work for the first time.
