Would it be possible to add a field for reviews prompting reviewers to identify where they purchased a tool and/or what they paid for it? The reviews section is fantastic and I appreciate how much work users put into their reviews, but I find myself frequently toggling back and forth between the LJ reviews and a Google search to try to find/price the tool I'm looking at.

Just a thought; if there's a good reason why this isn't included, I'll certainly understand.

Another nice feature would be information regarding reasonable "used" prices for the tools. Not sure whether it would be better to include this in the reviews or as a separate section, but considering the frequency of threads asking "is this craigslist buy a good deal" it seems like there's a demand for intel on the range we should expect to pay for popular used tools.

Admittedly this is probably less feasible than a simple "where/how much" field in the new reviews, but I figured it's worth vetting.

Totally Agree Dan! Along with how long has the Poster been using the Equipment. If he just took it out of the Box and is Proud of it. That "Ain't No Review"!

I've feel the same as you. Without the Price Especially, and Store bought at. It certainly leaves you wondering!!

Common sense should tell the Reviewer that it SHOULD be part of his Review.
