I am looking for an inexpensive blade for my table saw with a 0.125" kerf and a flat (non ATB) top. I am currently use two Diablo saw blades (which are excellent) however even the 24 tooth rip blade is thin kerf and ATB. I want a flat top blade to cut some flat bottom (without "bat wings") grooves for an upcoming project.

Thanks to all in advance

I have used Harbor Freight blades on my chop saw for installing pre-finished engineered flooring and they worked great. There is no way I wanted to ruin my expensive Freud blades on that silicone impregnated hardwood flooring.

From knotscott I have three possibilities:
Delta Industrial 35-611
Bosch PRO1024RIPB
Kempston 99312

The Freud industrial blades are bit over what I am willing to pay.

Oughtsix which HF blades have a flat grind?

I bought this one about a month ago at Home Depot (Canada) about $42.00. For my Table Saw but will also fit my Mitre Saw.

Model D1050X, 5/8" Arbor, 50 Tooth Alternate Top Bevel, Kerf .098, Hook Angle 15 Degrees, Combination Blade. (Also mentioned in "knotscott's" blog, as shown above)

Very pleased with it. Cuts very cleanly with very little effort and for some reason it runs very quietly.

Product Font Material property Magenta Circle
