I bought a set of brass router guide bushings and a set of reducer kit for a 1 3/16 PC router, from what I understand they come in two widths. Nothing about thicknesses. I bought a plate and inserts for my router also. when I went to put the bushings in the inserts they fit width perfect but not depth. I had to make spacers/washer for them to fit. Did they send me the wrong bushings or did I get rejects?

Do you mean that the bushing is under flush with the bottom of your router's base?

I wouldn't think that would be a problem at all. Now if it were proud of the surface that would be a problem.

Do you have part numbers or a link that will show pictures of what you bought?
