I have a 12" Grizzly disk sander. I love it.Only one complaint, the adjustments on the table/tray are not as sturdy as I would hope for. The dogging handles are broken after a year. Fortunately, I don't adjust mine often and tend to keep it at 90 degrees to the disc for all my sanding needs. Everything else is top quality. Plenty of power. Easy to remove and replace the sanding paper.

I have the 12" one from HF.
It looks very, very similar to the Grizzly.
My motor is green and the base is black.

That grey and orange color looks like the 10" HF disk sander.
I have seen many bad reviews of the 10" one.

Rikon used to have one for sale at Woodcraft with a cast iron table, and rack and pinion table adjuster, but I haven't seen it in a long time.
Here is a link I found on-line.

The table tilt lock on the HF is pretty whimpy but otherwise it works great.
I use it all the time.

I worked in the Camera Industry for a very long time, and this type of marketing is very common there. The way it works is this way, a Company whose real name is hardly ever known, will produce products for a number of "Known" companies. This product may have been designed by a good designer for their own company, and then marketed to others. OR the producer may have designed there own and approached people like Grizzly, HF etc. The reason I bring this up is, just because it looks like another product on the market, doesn't mean it is…..another words companies like Grizzly, a lot of times have changes made to customize it to them, even internally. But….sometimes not….so in other words it may be the same machine…it may not.

They were called OEM companies. It was a mess….Lot's of times they would change names, and stay in the same factory.
