Purple Heart Project by Rob Cosman

If you have not heard of this before, HERE IT IS!!

Rob Cosman runs the Purple Heart Project primarily for service men & women who have been awarded the Purple Heart, to become more interested in Woodworking and using Hand Tools.

He is doing a Fantastic thing here… I just HAD to help toot his horn on this…

He is helping people adjust to civilian life by providing them with tools AND instruction to help get them off the ground.

Good video and a great cause. There is a similar project in CO doing the same thing with fly fishing. I am sharing this with a few people in the Buffalo area.

That is a good thing to work on. Arlin Eastman is doing s similar thing for vets doing wood turning in Iowa!!

Hi BroncoBrian… COOL organization!! I looked up So. Calif and saw where they went fishing in the area… COOL outings!! Kinda makes one want to go fishing!! Brought back nice memories of being in the High Sierras above Lone Pine… around Independence… catching Golden trout was the BEST fishing of my LIFE! Family packed back in with three burros for a couple of weeks or so… The GREATEST!!

A good outreach for these survivors. Everyone deals with what they saw and dealt with differently. At the end of the day we all come home changed. Some for better, others not so good.
