I had the exact same problem afterr using my brides "Bad Mammer Jammer" new camera due to the pictures being to big. What I did was find the picture on my computer and open it with the simple "Paint" program on your computer. I then click on "Image" then once the tab opens up I click on "stretch/skew". Then I change the numbers in the horizontal and vertical slots (I normaly change the 100 to 25 on both, but it depends on how big your image is).

I then just save the picture in a seperate folder to use online.

google picasa will allow you to reduce the size of your pictures to a more 'web friendly' size. I take my pics at my best resolution, then edit them using the 'export to folder' feature.

No need for fancy schmancy software … and it's free!
