3 days? Been that long? Despite this being a Monday...

Tornado down south of here...Rained hard enough around here, you could only see a1/4mile....Looking like this is going to be a very wet Spring, this year...

House fire over in Degraff, Ohio...I used to live in that town, BTW...

Tornado Warnings here this evening, did not amount to anything, thankfully.

Looks like bad weather at the end of the week, possible tornados again on Friday.

Might get a snow storm this coming Friday? Grrrrrr..

The meteorically winter ended today. So I figure that means no more snow.

Finish up with a few swap items, and get them packed up to ship out. Then get started on the next project.

We are a month and a few weeks ahead of what I typically see based on what I have growing/blooming in the yard and some early sandhill crane spring migration the past several weeks. The wrens (House and Carolina) have also been very vocal and singing frequently in the morning have been checking out a few houses. Way to early but the House Wrens are some dedicated little guys and get their two broods in almost like clockwork.

The past three electric bills have been 500 plus so ready for a little warmer weather. Plan on doing some raised garden bed upgrades this week and get everything ready for when things get stable/warm but likely will go ahead and chuck some spinach, mache, and other cold weather hardy things in and get some early salads this year. I also have strawberry plants that have popped up through the light leaf mulch and would 't be surprised if some asparagus has started to sprout in with them.

Wren have been looking for housing around here, last year they decided to build in one of the hanging baskets off the porch. They will be back, and yes they are boisterous in the morning.

37 breezy, cloudy degrees outside...typical weather for March....thinking it has shown up a few weeks too early....

Pills taken...couple slices of Soda Bread, too..

Have not been informed of today's schedule....by the Boss...yet..
