It appears northern tool has a relatively new 10in sliding miter saw. The design looks interesting and it is priced higher then some of the other junk they sell. Anyone have any experience with ironton stuff? I am interested in all the new "zero rear clearance" miter saw designs coming out.

Right hand only for cutting. Deal breaker. Why is it so hard for manufacturers to understand that sometimes either a) left handed people use tools or b) right handed people sometimes cut with their left hands.

Even in one of the pictures on their website they show a guy awkwardly crossing his hands over to hold a workpiece on the right side of the blade!
