I am in the process of carving my third paddle and the tip has started to show a small crack in the blade. I have heard of people coating them in fiberglass or the like and I was wondering if there is a dip for this or what route I should take. The purpose would be twofold: it would fill the crack and make the vulnerable blade tip more durable in use. Thanks
