So many years ago I was making poster frames..I would buy the cheap poster frame , take the clear plastic out and remake the frame. Eventually I didn't like the frames I was making and just stopped.. this was 15 years ago.

After the subject of splines, I think I might make new frames using splines.

So I let it sit till dried. I predrilled and inserted screws. Now the runners are locked in place.

I’m going to try and make a miter spline jig and miter jig. Should be fun…

I’m hoping to use dowel and bolts for location lockdown . This way a setup can be removed and reused as needed..

I guess I’ll start next week figuring out the spline jig. I’ll probably add a piece to the front to stiffen the front up.
