MLCS Router table - Any recos?

I'm strongly considering purchasing the MLCS Router table extension and fence with the phenolic plate.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the model I'm considering (the stuff at the top is all cast iron, which I'm not interested in)

Anybody have any experience with this or something like it?

I was considering building my own but for the price, this seems like a pretty good deal. By the time I build my own, get it installed and flat, install a T track and a fence, I'm thinking I'll probably kick myself for not spending $169 and being done with it.

Any insight would be appreciated.
