May have hit the lottery here

I know this all depends on a lot of things but let’s play the game anyway and sate my curiosity. This is walnut, air dried for about a year and a half, got it from a hobby sawmill in very rural Alabama. Moisture meter says 11-13%, mostly 3/4, some 4/4, my best guesstimate on-site was around 50ish board foot but I’m probably off a fair amount. The one on the bench is red oak cut out of a double crotch that looks ready to dull every plane blade in a 50 mile radius. Got about 10 bf of that. He wanted (and got) 150$ for all of it. Am I an out and out thief? I’m curious how much it would go for where.
