Hello fellow woodworkers,

I need to make 50 end grain cheese boards/small cutting boards. They will be 8"x12"x1/2"thick so quite thin. Since I am making so many, does anyone know of any techniques to make them in bulk as opposed to having to glue and clamp each one individually.

I considered making one cutting board thats 8×12x5ft tall and just slicing it into smaller boards. Unfortunatley that would mean I need a bandsaw that can cut 8" which I dont own. Just thinking out loud now but what if i made the 5ft tall board and cut it on a 12" table saw. Two cuts, one pass on each side.

Looking forward to your help,
