Spent a year comparing many saw…. Got myself a Delta.
Could not be happier. Amazing design, accurate, awesome customer service.
Do yourself a favour. Really.
Important - there is not a single floor model that is set-up properly.
Dont base you decision on that (I have never seen a Ridgid properly setup either….)
You can get it for $455. Let me know if you want to know how.

I bought a Rigid 4512 and due to illness I could not use it till after the Home Depot 90 day return policy. I caught a lemon with the blade shift issue that many others have had. I got rid of it and bought a Delta 36-725 and I'm very pleased with it. I just completed 16 kitchen cabinets with raised panel doors using this saw. It's very accurate and a lot of saw for the money. For anyone that has one Lowes is not listing zero Clarence an dado blade inserts for this saw. Lowes says they will be shipping them in November. Some on the forum are happy with the Rigid saw. The experience that I had, I will never buy a Rigid product again. JMHO

Sorry jacquesr, darn spell check. My post should have said "Lowes is NOW listing zero CLEARANCE and dado blade inserts". :) I should have proof read it.
Glad you like your Delta. I now have my Delta on my list of "money well spent" tools. Right out of box, the blade on mine was within .002" parallel to the miter slots, and no side to side shifting when raising and lowering it.
