Laminate former question

Hi all.
I'm making a former for a recent project, and after I had made it, I have noticed the face of the former is not totally square to the sides. (See diagram attached) Is this going to cause problems? The former I made is a 1500mm radius and is being used for a curved rail.

The funny thing is that when I reference the square from one edge it's high on one side, and when I reference from the other edge it's high on the opposite side.

It's not massively out of square, and my thoughts are that when I domino the rail into place into the legs any discrepancies shouldn't matter. But please all let me know your thoughts on this!
