I'm looking for a good book on making kitchen cabinets. There is so much I need to learn. I want to start by researching the subject and relying on expert advice I'm hoping to get from this forum. I am a beginner and need to have a lot of focus on making joints, doors, and drawers. Can someone point me in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you search for "how to build cabinets" on Amazon (in the books section) you'll get a lot of hits with ratings/reviews. I think the Taunton books are pretty good, but there are plenty of options.

Also, if you're near a library, I'd start by going there and seeing what they have (or at least browse the selection at a bookstore or Rockler/Woodcraft) before buying a book sight unseen.
