Hinges for countoured lid

I'm building a box out of 4/4 stock. The base will be shaped on all sides like a half round. 3/8" thick on the top and bottom, sweeping to 13/16 in the middle. Same for the lid.

What are some good low profile hindes or maybe a different solution i could use here? Since the lid will be only 3/8" thick where the hinge mounts.

Wow, that's a pretty small space for a hinge, Lat.
Sorry, I cannot help, but sure would like to see the answer!
Maybe a wooden hinge added on?

I was kind of thinking a leather hinge? Glue it on.
