Help designing a new computer chair

Hey guys. My newest problem I need to fix is my computer chair. My current chair is one of those folding steel chairs. I wanted to make a chair that is comfortable, strong, pretty descent looking, and on the cheaper side. If required though I am sure i could go over the budget some. I am new to chairs so I don't know the guidelines of them. Any help is appreciated.
