Guitar w/ Indian Rosewood back & sides
Finally got the nerve to start a project for me. A flamenco negra guitar. It took me several months to decide whether to enroll first in a wood working course or just start working on my ideas. By February I began buying the materials needed and cut the first piece of wood by March.
Five months into the project, and a few cuts on my fingers, I guess I am doing fine. And after all the planing and scraping, I am really beginning to love the scraper. Thanks a lot to Lumberjocks, the forums, and youtube videos out there that helped me use this simple tool.
Sor far so good. Right now, I am in the finishing process. I hope everything goes well. I can't wait to finish this one and start on another one. I've always wanted to have a guitar with Maple back and sides.
