I find that spraying is way harder than brushing it on.

Glad you like the Earlex Ken! As for the spray pattern, if I'm not mistaken, the Earlex doesn't have a spray pattern adjustment. All you can do is vary the tip size and the flow of liquid. I did use a 1.5mm tip though.From Southwest to Contemporary

Oh no worries. That's just something that's hard to quantify in words. I don't want the finish to run on the sides or puddle on the top. I have it set so that after two rounds of passes on the top, I get a pretty substantial layer of finish, but no puddling or running.From Southwest to Contemporary

Thanks and sorry the videos aren't working. Problem is, there really isn't anything unusual about my videos. Internet video is in such a state of flux these days with HTML5 on its way in and Apple's war against Flash. So trying to embed video that is compatible on all systems means that it doesn't take long before our browsers and plugins are out of date. So I would recommend installing the latest Flash for your browser and of course make sure you're using the latest version of your browser. Trying a different browser is an alternative solution.
