I usually finish vegetable and meat cutting boards with mineral oil. Should the same be done with bread boards? Or do I have a little more leeway as to the finish there?
Well, as a user of "boards" I consider any board fair game. That means if it's designed as a bread board, I will probably use it to cut veggies or meat at some point it it's convenient. I would play it safe!
