hello, I moved to live in thailand, and here table saws are either crap low quality or overpriced high end ones!
I always wanted to buy the ridgid r4512, and even if ridgid have business here, they don't sell their table saws.
After long researches I finally found the exact copy (coming most likely from the same factory) of the 10" contractor saw craftsman sears#21833, which I know is something like the sister of the ridgid.
it has same boxing, same manuals, same everything, except for the color and the low quality blade.
now I'm facing a problem, and I would like to ask if someone already had the same using their craftsman one.
I have been able to align the blade to the miter slots and the fence as well.
now every time I slide the fence, it has a little racking from front to back and when I lock the fence, it slightly move either left or right at the end. to avoid this, I have to push the fence hard forward and then lock it.
in this way, when I lock the fence, it rests on the two alignment pads and stay square.
is there anyone who can give me some advice on this issue?
