Way old design for machinest. My dad was a machinest back in the 60's and he had a triangle drill bit with a square guide, that was designed to drill square holes. It had sharper edges then the drawing and when it was done, your hole was square.(no rounded corners) He used to use it to make the hole for a cairage bolt head. Was a little funky to watch but the results were cool.
