I am looking for the 12 ft/min. sprocket/s for a Belsaw 985 planer. My machine is a 12" wide planer and manufactured around 1990. If any knows where or how I might get these , I would appreciate it!

Do you know the model number of your planer or the part number of the sprocket?

984/985 & 910/9103 Parts List & Diagram. (belsaw.com)
Here is the manual for the 9103 model that mentions the number of for the 12' per minute sprocket and also the 22' per minute sprocket. Look on page 22 under feed speed change.
